1. Orange Chicken
🧾 Ingredients
• 500 g chicken breast (bite-size)
• ½ cup orange juice
• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

🧾 Ingredients
• 500 g chicken cubes
• ½ cup peanuts
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch.
2. Heat oil in wok and fry chicken pieces.
3. Add garlic and chili flakes.
4. Add hoisin sauce and vinegar.
5. Toss with peanuts and cook 2 minutes.
6. General Tso’s Chicken

3. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
4. Toss chicken in sauce.
