Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

• 1 tsp Lemon Juice

• 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

• Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced garlic.

2. Add lemon juice and Dijon mustard.

3. Mix well until smooth.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

2) Spicy Sriracha Mayo

 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

• 1 tsp Lime Juice

• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

 

Instructions:

1. Add mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.

2. Stir in Sriracha sauce.

3. Add lime juice and garlic powder.

4. Mix until smooth and creamy.

5. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.

 

3) Honey Mustard

 

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

• 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

• 2 tbsp Honey

• 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

 

Instructions:

1. Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl.

2. Add honey and apple cider vinegar.

3. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

4. Adjust sweetness if needed.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

 

4) Guacamole

 

Ingredients:

• 2 Avocados, mashed

• 1/4 cup Onion, chopped

• 1/2 Jalapeño, diced

• 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

• 1 tbsp Lime Juice

• Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Mash avocados in a bowl.

2. Add chopped onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

3. Stir in lime juice.

4. Add salt and mix gently.

5. Serve fresh.

 

5) Creamy Ranch Dip

 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Sour Cream

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 1 tsp Dried Dill

• 1 tsp Dried Parsley

• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

 

Instructions:

1. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.

2. Add dill, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Stir until fully combined.

4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

6) Sweet Chili Sauce

 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar

• 1/4 cup Sugar

• 2 tbsp Water

• 2 tbsp Chili Paste

• 1 tsp Cornstarch

 

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and water.

2. Bring to a gentle simmer.

3. Stir in chili paste.

4. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, then add to the saucepan.

5. Cook until thickened. Cool before serving.
